Terms of Service & Purchase Policy
1. General Agreement
NinoPad is licensed under the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). This document supplements terms regarding NinoPad Pro membership tiers and purchases. By purchasing, you accept Apple's EULA and these terms.
2. Pro Membership Tiers & Pricing
Whether you choose a Weekly subscription, Annual subscription, or Lifetime one-time unlock, you receive identical Pro features. Reference pricing in US App Store is $0.49/week, $6.99/year, and $13.99 lifetime. Exact price and currency are presented at the App Store checkout sheet.
3. Auto-Renewal Rules
Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless canceled in Apple ID Subscription Settings at least 24 hours before renewal.
4. Lifetime Purchase
Lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase without recurring charges. Use 'Restore Purchases' on any device linked to your Apple ID to unlock Pro instantly without additional cost.
5. Subscription Management & Refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS 'Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions'. Payments, billing, and refunds are governed entirely by Apple App Store policies.
6. Privacy & Data Security
We do not collect or store financial or payment information. Review our Privacy Policy for details.
